What should I know before obtaining an Estimate?

  1. No law requires you to have more than one estimate performed on your vehicle.
  2. You are not obligated to use any specific shop when obtaining repairs for your vehicle. You can choose which shop to use and authorize the repairs.
  3. Not all shops are created equal; price doesn’t necessarily come into play when choosing the proper collision center. Our experienced staff ensures that no detail is overlooked and that your vehicle is brought back to original factory standards.
  4. You do not have to bring your car to the insurance company’s claim facility.

What should I do to prepare my car for service?

  1. Remove all items and personal belongings which are not part of the vehicle.
  2. Make sure you include your alarm or keyless entry pin number.
  3. Make sure your owner’s manual is with your vehicle when left for repair.
  4. Wheel lock keys should be inside the vehicle if vehicle is equipped with wheel locks.
  5. Always inspect your vehicle for any damage which existed prior to the incident for which the vehicle is being repaired. Please note any and all prior damage to the staff so that it can be noted.
